Electric Front Windows

Hi,

Before I start dismantling things, has anyone had any experience of the electric front windows being really slow and eventualy stopping about half way down.

 

Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.

usually as a temp repair a good squirt of wd40 down the channels , drop the window as far as possible then copious amounts of, then work window up and down

i agree with topbloke but i prefer to use silcone spray it doesnt seem to attract grime as quickly as other sprays do
